This notice explains how the personal data you send us through the contact form, by phone or by email is handled.

## Who is responsible

## What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, your phone number or email address (or both), an optional preferred date and time, and your message. Your message may include information about your health. Please share only what we need to arrange an appointment.

## Why and on what legal basis

We use this data only to answer your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)) for any health information you choose to include in your message. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

## Who processes it for us

- The form service run by the studio that maintains this website, which receives and stores form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare, Inc., whose Turnstile check confirms that a person, not an automated script, sent the form.

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing. This site runs no analytics.

## How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and are deleted on request.

## Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to [mpapadoliop@gmail.com](mailto:mpapadoliop@gmail.com). We reply within one month.
